Job | Tier 3 Support - Enterprise Voice


Experience required for the Job: 5 - 12 years
Annual Salary of the Job: 10.0 - 13.0 Lacs

Major Responsibilities
· L3 support for service assurance in 24x7 environments.
· Provide third level support to operations and implementation teams for the resolution of complex or unique translation and routing problems for EV customers.
· Fault Management for the Enterprise voice services.
· Ownership of resolution of issue of Sonus / VOIP switch platform
· Internal handoff and escalation of unidentified / complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction on resolution.

Skill Requirements in Domain, Leadership and Behavioral

· Strong troubleshooting skills with SIP / H.323 / ISDN protocol
· Candidate should be technically sound with good foundations.
· Expertise in setup and configuration NGN , SBC.

§ Good Communication Skill

Technical Requirement

1. Experience and expert on NGN, SBC etc..
2. Strong troubleshooting skills with SIP / H.323 / ISDN protocol
3. Experience in Juniper /Cisco-based networking - LAN, WAN, routing and security
4. Strong work experience and analytical skills in isolating faults and network problems, problem resolution and service restoration as well as configuration knowledge in IP networking, including skills in the areas of routing protocols.
5. Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tool.
